So I decided to be a vegetarian for 1 week a month! and this week is my veggie week!!
I just decided this randomly... but I think its good in terms of my health and for the environment. I'm not trying to lose wieght like crazy but I think being a vegetarian for a week will just help me think about what I eat. So yea~ Go Omnivores!! ^^ plus a lot of tofu will be in my diet this week~~ ^^
I think this might be perfect for me.. like the first week of every month? Definitely.
