The King and the Clown

One of the best Korean movie ever.

I just re-watched it today after...3 years?
I didn't really understand it but now I got everything... haha~
I love re-watching movies that I haven't seen for a while ^^

If you haven't seen it... then that needs to change.
watch it here: http://www.dramacrazy.net/korean-movie/the-king-and-the-clown/
it also has other names such as The King's Man or The Royal Jester.

Here is a great review about it:
http://www.filmbrain.com/filmbrain/2006/06/tears_of_a_clow.html

and/or Wiki it~ ^^

This movie was the big break of Lee Jun Ki's acting career and he did an excellent job!!!

He is the star in another one of my favorite dramas: Iljimae
Iljimae has the Robin hood story line~ except with a lot more corruption and tragedy.
Yes... he is a pretty boy but he is a lot of charisma in his acting (besides The King and the Clown).

Gah. I just love him. He is also well known throughout Asia and overseas.

Another movie I love that he is in is Virgin Snow
It's a great love story between a Korean boy and a Japanese girl~
ahh~
I should have named this post Lee Jun Ki... haha~ ^^
right now he is in the military doing his 2 year time... T-T
Fighting!

J-Style

puahahaha~ the beginning is so funny.
I was so surprised when he released his own songs...
 its so weird....
I think he just needs to stick to acting/modeling but I still love him~

Prom

I am so excited for prom! I think its because of our theme!~
IT'S DA BEST THEME EVAA~~ ^^
(but its a secret for now)

I saw this dress and I had to get it....
It's Lanvin H&M!~
I know it's short but I'm going to be different and wear it for prom!~
This line of clothes were sold during November 2010 and of course I live in TN where we don't have an H&M and so all I had to do was wait....

The dress was originally $249 which is a lot of money but I think totally worth it for a Lanvin dress!
So then i checked Ebay and everyone was selling it for 330-400 dollars!!!
I was about to get it for 350 but then I just waited and I found a person selling it for 250!!!!~~ ^^
So then I quickly got it!! I can't wait to get it in the mail!

Runway picture.
I kind of wanted the grey version but the red is so eye-catching and cute~ ^^

UPDATE:
Ahh~ my dress is coming in tomorrow!!~ ^^
ANOTHER UPDATE:
I've received it and I look so good in it~ ^^

Winter Formal

Winter Formal 2011 = Da Bomb.

For winter formal I bought a cute whitish dress and a great sweater to wear with it:
My shoes are from BCBG

I got to do 3 people's make-up~
Grace:
I rag curled her hair and we left it in for a couple of hours.
I used KAD's makeup which is really pale on Grace but I think it was too pale for her!
(I'm sorry Grace!)
*next time more natural looking make-up.

Tina:
Some thick cat liner! rawr.

Kate:
dramatic eyes - slightly smokey eyed.
*Forgot to put mascara on her (next time)

Mine:
This is my first time wearing red lipstick in public besides dance company~ ^^
i wish i could wear it to school! haha~

this was my hair inspiration but it didn't really turn out this way:

So, we went to dinner at Tokyo: Steak House and we reserved a Hibachi grill for 13 people.
1 Hibachi grill only fits 8 and so our group was separated but we could still see across from each other. Then Tokyo sat 5 other strangers with the other part of my group. It was cool i guess and we pretended that it was KAD's birthday~ which was really funny because she was really flustered from embarrassment. OH! plus our cute Amanda brought her date, Matt, who is pretty adorable. XD (we are so proud of you Amanda! ^^) anyways the strangers were kind of old like late 20's to early 30's and I guess a little bit tipsy because one of the guys (his name is Jeremy) was just straight out hitting on the waitress that worked there! It was pretty funny~ and then after a delicious and entertaining meal we left to go to the dance but the strangers paid for the girls sitting on their table! Pretty sweet~ but then they followed my friends to the dance at school! and followed my other friend home! and even knocked on her door!!!! so yea...
We got at the dance late but it was really fun for the last 40 minutes of the dance.
Then we went to eat frozen yogurt at PinkBerry and came back to my crib and watched Easy A and Iron Man 2.

All in all it was a really fun Formal!

Next time though I need to:
*be sure to buy false lashes
*Do my own nails the night before (I didn't have time to do them that day)
*Make a list of where to take pictures (which we are going to do for Prom)

I can't wait for Prom~ ^^

Happy Valentines Day!~ ^^
